Causes of job cancelled:

1. Check for the  oraarch directory
2. Seems to be no sufficient memory (high CPU utilization and memory) available to process request
3. O.S files is corrupted
4. Dependent job is failed
5. User's sessions might have ended or it could be user has cancelled the request
