How to proceed further if we find lock entry list held in T_code: SM12 SAP

1. Check for the SM04 user session status whether the owner is still processing the transaction or no. If executing for long time, intimate to the owner that lock has been held for quite long time, get confirmation from him.
2. Check for the job log of that user program executing in SM37
3. Check for the work process status in SM50 whether it is running state or waiting or hold. If otherwise, check for the memory consumption in ST06
4. Check whether update system status is in active or no in update administration of SM13
